Hitachi Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE: 6501, "Hitachi"), will invest $479million CAD (more than $330 million USD) in its insulation and components business in North America with the construction of a new, state-of-the-art Transformer Insulation Factory in London, Ontario, Canada.
