Toronto man disputes Canada Post's claim that 'security issues' are partly to blame for missed deliveries A Toronto homeowner says Canada Post delivery drivers won't leave packages at his house because the crown corporation has deemed the area "unsafe." But Greg Hopkins says Canada Post still hasn't given him a satisfactory explanation.
